With over 30 years of leadership experience in the restaurant and university sectors\, JJ is passionate about creating memorable dining experiences and building a team culture rooted in heart\, hospitality\, and hustle. \nJJ is actively engaged in her local community and the broader hospitality industry through board service with local organizations and Minnesota’s hospitality and tourism associations\, where she contributes to initiatives that support community growth and industry resilience.
