Andy Luger is serving his second five-year term as the US Attorney General in Minnesota. In the period between his two terms, he realized there were substantial differences in the issues facing Minnesota. Violent crime and gang activity rose significantly. Believing “there is no magic solution” to this problem, Attorney Luger will describe his aggressive fight to eradicate violent crime and the progress made to date. It’s his passion to return Minneapolis and Minnesota to where we were before the Pandemic.
